    2. I look forward to the day that I can explore such a vast country . The history of the place must make one feel very small at times(?).

  7. Have been to Cairo but seeing the temples is on my most desired list. Amazed to see colours still intact. Still amazes me that Egyptians wore mainly white while enemies were colourful. I always get mixed which site have military scenes. This seems best??
Also getting back into Kadesh mode. Cant decide if North Star Kadesh is good or bad. Great figures that do not blend in so well with bulk of my Foundry and Cutting Edge. Also the later ranges are extensive.

  8. There is an amazing amount of stuff to see around Luxor - Medinet Habu is one of the best preserved temples but they're all worth visiting. We went to Aswan and Abu Simbel as well.

I have quite a few Black Tree Designs NKE and these are big chunky figures that might mix well with the Northstar figures? Don't get the chariots they are awful. HCH/Tin Soldier are another big NKE range. I still think Foundry and Cutting Edge are best ranges around.
